Billing weight for air shipments — the greater of actual gross and volumetric weight, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg per IATA. Supports the 6000 (air) and 5000 (express) dim factors.
Volume = pieces × L × W × H (converted to cm³)
Volumetric weight (kg) = volume cm³ ÷ dim factor (IATA air 6000, express 5000)
Chargeable weight = max(gross, volumetric), rounded up to the next 0.5 kg
TACT class hint: N (normal) under 45 kg, Q (quantity) at 45 kg and above. The minimum-charge (M) case needs carrier rates and is not computed here.
